Peace is the CEO of MarkWillows Consulting and the Founder of MarkWillows Foundation, which both focused on consulting, training, and human development. A seasoned non-profit leader and development expert, Peace specializes in learning & development and project management, with a particular emphasis on soft skills training, including Emotional Intelligence and Business Communication.
As an accomplished author, Peace has written two books, launched two online courses, and consulted for over 25 companies. He has organized more than 15 seminars and webinars, spoken at over 40 conferences, and trained over 7,000 professionals across six sectors. With extensive experience, he has successfully implemented over 40 projects and worked with three state governments to draft policy statements and design and facilitate training programs on soft skills, peak performance, and personal mastery.
Currently serving as a Global Social Impact Fellow at The UPS Foundation, Peace strategizes on women’s economic empowerment, youth development, and entrepreneurship. He collaborates with partners and stakeholders to provide strategic advice, guiding the implementation and evaluation of impactful programs and initiatives.
