Quinter has over 3years in the Entrepreneurship space having started her entrepreneurial journey inCurrently, Quinter is the Creative Director at her business Ignarayn which is a made in Kenya ladies
fashion brand that specializes in high-quality suits and structured pants for the professional woman.
Quinter holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health and Development from the Catholic University
of Eastern Africa where she focused on engaging in Community Building activities ranging from
medical camps to community engagement seminars and workshops. Thereafter, she got into the
marketing industry as she started her business on social media and needed her business discoverable to
her clientele. Quinter is driven by bringing change in her community by empowering the women
through her fashion business where 90% of the staff are women. To improve her business skills, Quinter
has taken part in several training programs including Digital Future Program by WomenWork 2021,
JamiiFemmes 2022, Academy for Women Entrepreneurs 2024 and now YALI 2024. Quinter recently took
the ALX Virtual Assistant program to help her stay organized as a founder and to be able to perform
specific tasks in the organization that are mundane but play a big role in the organization. Upon
completion of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs program, Quinter plans to expand her business
in size and staff, open a flagship store in Nairobi, Kenya and eventually expand her business to ship
globally to more than 150 countries.
