Njura is the Co-Founder and COO of Learning Differently Limited (LDL), driven by her passion to raise
awareness and provide affordable interventions for Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs) and AD/HD. She
is keen to foster partnerships and creating inclusive learning environments across Africa. Njura holds a
double major in Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting and Business Administration. She is a highly
accomplished financial professional with extensive experience having managed a loan portfolio
exceeding Kes. 20 billion. Renowned for her expertise in building enduring client relationships, she
excels in risk assessment, financial analysis, and corporate business origination, ensuring exceptional
customer retention and satisfaction. As a dedicated mentor, she imparts her knowledge to young
women with an aim to empower them with courage and skills to take on leadership roles. She is a
mentee graduate of project Girls 4 Girls – a Harvard Kennedy school program. Njura is also a Certified
Professional Mediator (CPM) by the Dispute and Conflict Resolution International (DCRI).
Learning Differently Limited is a registered social enterprise in Kenya committed to raising awareness
about Specific Learning Disabilities (SLDs) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD). Our
mission is to provide practical and affordable interventions for individuals with these diverse learning
abilities. We strive to ensure that every child with SLDs and AD/HD receives the support they need to
thrive in inclusive learning environments.
Our vision is to become the Pan-African leader in inclusive learning and support for children with
Specific Learning Disabilities, AD/HD, and Autism. We aim to achieve this by delivering quality and vast
learning materials through our digital platforms and respective learning tools.
