Dorcus, a trained biotechnologist, is passionate about innovation and industrialization. As the
co-founder and strategist of Apparel Modest, a ready-to-wear modest fashion brand, she is dedicated to
transforming how fashion, style, and retail are approached in Africa through cutting-edge innovation.
Her entrepreneurial journey spans multiple sectors, including technology and agriculture, where she
has contributed to various startups. Dorcus is also the recipient of several fellowships in
entrepreneurship, driven by her desire to foster community transformation through entrepreneurial
ventures.
In addition to her fashion work, Dorcus serves as a product owner in a fintech company, focusing on
designing banking systems. When she’s not immersed in work, she enjoys quiet spaces, traveling, and
listening to music.
